What this service is
The BeejrCreations Tag Portal manages contact information linked to a physical NFC/QR name tag. When someone scans or visits the tag's link, they see an option to call or text the tag's registered contact, and — for Premium tags — send a written message without ever seeing the contact's phone number.
This is not a tracking device
The tag has no GPS, no cellular radio, and no location capability of any kind. It does not report where the tag or the person carrying it is located, at any time. The only thing that happens when a tag is scanned is that the finder's own device loads a web page — nothing is transmitted back about the finder's location, and BeejrCreations does not track or store where or when a tag was scanned.
No guarantee of recovery or safety
This service depends entirely on a finder choosing to scan the tag and choosing to use the contact option. BeejrCreations makes no guarantee that a lost item or a lost person will be found, contacted, or returned, and is not liable for any outcome related to a tag being lost, found, scanned, or not scanned.
Basic and Premium tiers
Every tag includes a free-forever Basic tier: the core contact button and the ability to update the contact phone number at any time. This does not expire and does not require an active subscription.
Premium is included free for the tag's first year from activation, then renews annually for a fee. Premium adds a written message-relay option, managing multiple tags from one account, and a custom lost/found message. If Premium is not renewed, the tag continues to work at the Basic level — Premium features are simply no longer available until renewed.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the contact information you enter. Only enter information for a child or dependent you have the authority to register.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
